The subject of the thesis is the economic assessment of public investment project. In the theoretical part the issue of public sector investment is solved, there is also described feasibility studiy and indicators of economic efficiency of investment. There are several types oc costs analysis described. The practical part is focused on the economic efficiency of the already implemented public project evaluation.

This master's thesis describes an issue of preparation and evaluation of investment projects which are co-financed by EU funds. A practical example of the specific investment project is used to demonstrate a usefulness of co-financing by these funds. This investment project is processed as a case study which includes both financial and economic evaluation of the project. This evaluation also includes assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of this investment project.

Cílem práce je s využitím Visual Studia rozšířit prostředí sloužící zaměstnancům společnosti o tento nástroj a nabídnout jim možnost nahlédnutí k výpočtu tohoto ukazatele. Nástroj poslouží k upřesnění informací pro zaměstnance, podpoří jejich analytické možnosti a povede k vyšší spokojenosti zákazníků.

The master's thesis deals with the evaluation of a specific investment opportunity on the private equity real estate market in the Czech republic. The analysed investment project offers rare opportunity to create additional cash flow to the project under the management of the new owner. The theoretical part will define the core problematic of investment decision making process and the evaluation of investments. Practical part is focused on building a projection of cash flow and analysis of various return scenarios by using the internal rate of return as a key financial criteria to evaluate the investment opportunity.
Valuation of apartment purchase advantages including its financing against living in rental

The Master thesis is valuating advantages of apartment purchase including its financing against living in rental. Theoretical part elaborates individual phases of investment project valuation beginning with the financial plan and initial investment costs determination and proceeding to valuation itself, e.g. using NPV or IRR methods. Practical part valuates advantages of apartment purchase against living in rental on the specific example based on the form of financing. The work also includes sensitivity analysis elaborating sensitivity of financial models on the key input parameters.
